Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just
collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you. (0%

If you'd like to know more, you can search online later for this error: KNOCK_KNOCK_JOKE_FAILED
@catfish, I hope you typed all that yourself :P

This one makes me chuckle every time. Silly windows, no need to lie.

- Knock, knock.
- Who's there?
- Dijkstra.
- Go to somewhere else.
- Neeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
@Catfish2 I don't understand, I thought he strongly disliked BASIC?
@ LB: it's just a lame joke about the use of "go to" irritating Dijkstra. And "ne" is Dutch for "no".
I think Catfish wins this thread with his joke.cpp compiler error post.

@LB

lol, I know some people that don't like the change of the BSOD window as it now doesn't give any information of what actually caused it. You just a complimentary sad face smiley and hope for the best.
Yeah, it should at least have a "press enter for extended error information" to get info equivalent to the original. Must be a pain for hardware developers.

Yeah, because BAD_MEMORY_KERNEL_DUMP or whatever is totally useful error message for my grandma.
