Looking for beginner books.

Hello people. I'm looking for books that can possibly cover every single aspect of C++ on a beginner's scale, also serving as a reference towards intermediate learning. After looking around I've settle on 3 books.

1) C++ Primer by Stanley B. Lippman, Josée Lajoie, Barbara E. Moo
2) Accelerated C++ by Andrew Koenig.
3) The C++ Programming Language, 4th Edition by Bjarne Stroustrup (When it comes out any way).

I'm wondering though, do I really need Accelerated C++?

Also many people have suggested "Programming: Principles and Practice Using C++". What is the difference between that and "The C++ Programming Language" (In this case, 3rd ed.)?

Kinda need to be picky with 3x currency exchange rate + shipping fees and not a single local avenue to find these books. Any advice would be really really awesome.
AFAIK, those are all great books. I only have the first one, and I still use it on occasion to look something up.
are any of those books particularly smoothly explained
