Ok that is a lie because in the US you can't be employed before age 14 depending on the state it is against the law plain and simple. She might have contributed work to Microsoft at age 9 (Which I highly doubt because at that age you just don't have the mental capacity to program on large complex projects and to be honest Microsoft would never let a 9 year old get at their source code) but she would not have been a employee.
