Guidance needed for better understanding and improving multi threading programming

Hi All,

I have 2 yrs of work experience on c++. In these 2 yrs of time i never got a chance to implement or to work on multi-threading. I have a very limited theoretical knowledge on multi-threading. Now I'm looking for a job change and gave around 4 interviews. And everyone are expecting sound knowledge and experience on multi-threading. So, Please suggest me any good online tutorials or books through which i can improve my skills.
