Windows installation executables and .dll from LINUX

| I would like to give me some informations about how to create installation files for windows software( *.msi *.dll ....) from linux. For instance, I am using anjuta and has precompiled headers for linux installation files. I am looking something similar or at least to recommend me some tutorials for it. thanx in advance. | |||
