Does anyone know where i can find some good Win32 Tutorials (by good i mean that they explain what each keyword and function does)

Well, the one that I learnt from is pretty good, that is theForger's win32 tutorial, at www.winprog.org/tutorial/‎. That gives a basic idea of the whole windows programming feel. After that, msdn is probably the only resource that I would bother investing time in, as it contains pretty much every bit of detail on every keyword and function used in windows programming.
