mathemtica and CUDA

I want to program GPU using CUDA C compiling . Mathematica is not detecting a usable C Compiler. It listed C studio 11 and 12 as C compiler, but the CUDACCompiler is not returning anything.

Documentation says that is VS 2010 C++ . I have a W8 machine with VS 2012.

Can I install the C++ version of VS 2010?

yes. i have 2010, 2012, and 2013 on my windows 8.1 box.
