MinGW or Code::Blocks lag.

I wrote a tiny SFML program on Code::Blocks 13.12 with MinGW and it was really lagging bad(Debug and Release), so i took another PC and compiled the same project and it properly worked.

What is the problem?
Is it something about 32Bit of 64Bit??

thx guys
i think it would be your computer. especially if it is working fine on another machine. what os, ram, and processor?
LBT has a valid point, hardware is an important factor in how fast a system runs.

In my personal experience though, I noticed that after upgrading from Symantec's SEP 11.0.6005.562 to SEP 12.1.4013.4013 (work computer, even the Sys Admin has to follow AV rules) I had to turn off System File Auto-Protect (OK, so maybe not all of the rules) so that Code::Blocks would compile in a reasonable amount of time. The performance is roughly the same whether using mingw or cli.
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 250 Processor,
and what is this "LBT and Symantec...?
LBT is Little Bobby Tables, my username
