Looking for The Automated Desktop skeleton.

Hi C++ BigWigs.I am completely newbie so bare with me. I would like to know how to compile a simple program to Automate my everyday tasks in Windows OS. Open programs,run commands within those programs, manipulate keystrokes and mouse clicks within opened program. Program is written in Cobol, it is old banking program that prone to lots of unnecessary actions.

I don't understand what you mean by "written in Cobol" ?

C++ is not an easy way to make automated programs, but there is already premade programs such as AutoHotKey and there is no reason to make your own.
