create permission for one event

hi every one
i have one question. i want to create event with security that other process
can not take handle from it.
and i can get handle from my event in my other process with authentication or ...!!

Could you clarify what you mean by "other processes can not take handle from it"? Do you mean that you want to make it so that another process can not open a handle to your process?

Ultimately this is futile, physical access is total access after all. But we CAN help you make it frustrating enough to discourage the majority of users from trying.
