http post via sock5 proxy

Hello, I have a server in tor, and I want to send data via http post. Problem is in order to do that i need to pass through the sock5 proxy.

And I haven't found I way to do that T_T, right now I use winhttp to do post. But it's not supporting sock5 proxy.

Any ideas ? Thanks :)
