How to manage -TCP Port With huge data

Pls help me with your suggestions.My question below.

I developed a socket application in server 2008 R2 machine for receiving vehicle data(Fleet management system) from the GPS devices.Now we have 1000 devices and last 3 months SQL DB size is 8 GB. All vehicle data receiving by the server through the same TCP port XXXX. Here I have doubt that,If the tracking devices will increase up to 2000, Will the same port will manage all the traffic? Or How can I manage to avoid the port traffic queue?

Any suggestions are more and most welcome.
