I have a question: I create a project in visual studio 2013, is it possible to use the project in another computer? Or maybe to install it on a DVD, I don't know but I really need to do this.

Yes. You have *.vcxproj and *.sln file(s) for you project. These files can easily be copied like the other involved files.
It is a good idea to have relative path for include and libraries.
