Open URL and use an add on (plugin) extension

However, I am writing this in a new topic and hopefully I will explain this accurately:

I found a plug in for chrome called Image Downloader, basically when you open whatever site you want, and you press on this plug in, it will download all the images that are within that page, into a desired folder.

Is there any possible way, to write a function in Visual Studio C++, to open Chrome and browse a page, then launch that plug in? Also with passing the destination folder? Thanks
