I am trying to build a system developed by someone else. It gets to a point and fails saying it cannot open ServiceBase.lib.

1. What is ServiceBase.lib?
2. Can it be installed?

It seems to be part of the system developed by someone else. Maybe you should ask him/her.

2. Can it be installed?
