trouble in installing apps
hi guys!
I am in trouble with installing apps for my pc. I don't have google play like samrtphone so it is difficult for me to install apps as my wish. I find a website called http://choilieng.com. At that site, there are many free apps like google play, I check its rank on http://siterank.me and find it may be reliable. However, i need some review and your advice. comment for any info.

First, you are in the wrong site.
This is the C++ Forum (C++ is a way of creating programs (what you call apps)).
What version of Windows do you have? (I'm assuming Windows 10) (I assume you have Windows as operating system, since you posted in the Windows subforum).
On a PC, there's not a centralized store from where you download programs. (Actually there is, but there are so few programs nobody uses it)
You instead search the program you want to download on Google, go to the official site of the program (don't go to sites like Softonic that offer free downloads, you get a lot of viruses!) search for a download link, and download that program.
I think this is better with an example, so tell me a program you want and I'll help you
