Please where can I find FEA Libraries native to MSVC?

Please I have searched online (google, deal.II, cmake and even the cplusplus.com forum) (and I am still searching) for information concerning libraries that support finite element analysis in the Visual studios environment, but so far what I've come across seem a bit confusing and uncertain with compile errors. As result I decided to visit the forum as last resort. Please I have the following questions:

1. Is there a native FEA library in vs C++ 2013 that can be deployed directly instead of having to use third parties such as the deal.ii library and cmake build system?

2. If this is not current accessible, what is the best way to use Cmake for my MCVS projects?
