Hi!
I am thinking about creating and selling my own software made with Visual Studio Ultimate 2012 RC. Now, is this legal, or do I have to ask Microsoft. Thanks!

Yes as long as u own that copy of VS

So if I got the Visual Studio C++ 2010 free verison from Microsoft's website, I am not allowed to sell it ?

Yes u can sell software made with VS2010 Express. There should be extra info about this in the faq for VS
