Hello Everyone,
I have one socket client c++ program it has some heap corruption in that. i m not understanding where this is happening

From MSDN:
If startaddress is NULL, the invalid parameter handler is invoked, as described in Parameter Validation. If execution is allowed to continue, these functions set errno to EINVAL and return -1.


See Line 233 onward in your code, you don't have a catch for the invalid parameter error.

Also just an suggestion did you link ws2_32 library via linker or by #pragma comment (lib,"ws2_32.lib")
I don't think @OP uses Visual Studio to use pragma directives like that. The code does not compile in MSVC (it does not have opendir() ... functions like MinGW does).
