i am planning to begin Driver development. i have found the WDK and i love it.but it is integated in visual studio. i love VS but the problem is i am running Win-8 and all the VS editions for Win-8 are trial can i command line compile the WDK with digital mars. if so what is the syntax of it.
i've tryed it but it sais it is a 30 day trial then you have to get a "Free Developer Licencse" i tried to get one but it needs buisiness info. I'm only 14 i dont have a bussiness and I'm not about to go give my adrees and phone number to microsoft.
