Audio?

Does the windows.h library offer and audio control, if not then what library(built into Dev Bloodshed C++) can I use? If you tell me a library I have to download please make sure it works with dev bloodshed C++'s compiler, and you provide some type of video on setting it up. Also I can not download any other compilers because of personal reasons. Mostly I am just wanting to play music, but it would not hurt to learn more.

Hey Guys according to that topic i think that the up tools C++ Library is an free C++ library with features for fill submission and similar handling, multi-threading,regular expression, common connections for different directories,networking support and so on. The library seems to be written for linux.Thanks!!
