Iterator type
This is a member alias of the second template parameter of
money_put (referred as
OutputIterator in this reference).
It is the
iterator type of the output iterators pointing to the beginning and final elements in the destination character sequence.
Notice that
OutputIterator defaults to the
ostreambuf_iterator type for the first template parameter
charT.
