I have called the 0300 083 0013 and they say that all is fine and can give me details on my licence, but that is no good if I need to hire a car and the online system doesn't work for me. There are LOTS of other people with the same problem, and the answer is always 'call 0300 083 0013' however, there seems to be a problem with some peoples details. Is it possible to work out what it is? |
