yes it requires at least a 1000 lines of code
You should take another look at your assignment. I can't believe it would require that. Could you post the assignment here?
the assignment was to create a bank system that uses

Proper use of C++ language
--> All necessary directives/libraries
--> Use of comments throughout the entire project (single and multiple form of comments)
--> Use of Variables
--> Use of Constants
--> Use of various data types. For example, char, int, double, float, string and others.
--> Use of arithmetic, relational, and logical operators
--> Formatting of output…use of formatting manipulators.
--> Use of if, if/else, if/else if and nested statements.
--> Menu-driven <<<<==== IMPORTANT (Project must be MENU Based)
--> Validate input where necessary.
--> Use of switch statements
--> Use of Loops: do-while, while, and/or for loop
--> Use of counters, accumulators
--> Reading from files and writing to files
--> Use of Functions
--> The use of function prototypes
--> Sending data into a function by value and/or reference
--> calling functions within menu options
--> Use of one-dimension arrays

and must be at least 1000 line 900 or 800 would be fine
It seems like your teacher is insisting on teaching you bad habits. Good code is compact, efficient and easy to read/edit, not padded out with crap to make it look "bigger".

But, if they insist why don't you just add:

Blank lines.
Lots of extra full line comments.
Change all your cout statements so that every newline, tab or space is on a separate line.
Make your menus longer with lots of blank lines, extra symbols and even ASCII art.
