How do I put my codeblocks back in default settings?

Hello,

I don't know what happened to my codeblocks, but whenever I start up my codeblocks, it would take up the screen. There used to be stuff on the left that shows your project, main.cpp and stuff, but now it's not there. The right part of the screen takes up the my code blocks. Here is what it looks like

I tried putting back in default settings, but it doesn't work.
