debuging error help

Hey guys i'm working on some application and when i try to debug i get this msg "there were build errors, would you like to run the last successful build? now my question is, is there anyway i can get the last build code as well?
ctrl-Z until you back to where you started? Revert windows to yesterday? It's a pretty open question, what IDE do you use? I'd recommend you Google this: "Does (your IDE here) revert code to the last compiling state"

I don't know if any IDEs do this...
Okay, it just saved without me knowing when i was testing some stuff lol
Little side-note here, most IDEs save automatically when you attempt to compile, so be mindful of that I guess.
