Printing the Tic Tac Toe Board Correctly

Hello! I hope you are having a fantastic day. Do not mind the functions playerOneWin() and playerTwoWin(). My main question resides in the function, printBoard(). I am trying to change the respective numbers inputted by the user on the board into 'X's and 'O's. And I am currently working on the 'O's. I cannot seem to get output the 'O's in their respective numbers on the function, printBoard(). If you can help me solve this problem, that would be awesome! Thank you so much!

P.S. I know that the code is probably the ugliest thing that you have ever seen. Please forgive me. I will continue to work on it and make it better.
