Wondering of this is possible (program idea)

To begin with im not sure if this is the right place to post this if not please tell me.
I have 10.000 promo codes that i need to enter in a plugin on wordpress.
Is there a way that if i provide the information needed to a program it will rapidly input the codes and other info on the website?
Things i need to add are:
Promo code
maximum uses
file path
start date
expiry date
I'd love to try and make this but im not sure if its even possible.
Any tips would be very helpfull!

Probably not. I would suggest creating programs
that are suited to the level of experience that a beginner has.
Example: Hello World.
This website has a good tutorial on c++ for beginners to experts.
Start with this website's tutorial on c++ before creating a program.
It is really helpful!
