Windows search Pixel

Hi everyone, as a beginer, after finished some basic course C++, i want to improve my programming skill, so i want to learn something more about game programming, now i have a problem, i want to search pixel on window screen(chrome browser), and after that i want to draw a line on my screen, so what i need to do.
