Does execution not start until the entire program is loaded in (probably not)? Is the entire program loaded in (probably not)? Can loading occur concurrently with execution?
If so then consider that the execution of a program is delayed intentionally. Then would it be better to load results or compute results? Which would take less resources from the PC user?
