How can you make multiple mouse actions in different windows at the same time or without opening the window?

ex. I want to have the program perform an action inside another program. without giving up what im doing lets just say its for a bot. how can i run multiple full screen bots at the same time without switching them to increase efficiency?
-the windows names are all different
-there can be a "master account" in the active window that preforms most of the actions i just need the rest to work behind it with a few clicks. how can i click within the game behind the master account without switching active windows?
