A Begginer's Plea
I have Visual Basic 2012 installed and would like to learn how to use it and C++. Although I have taken other languages before, I am completely new to C++. I have a tutorial book for it, but it is for MinGW. I have attempted to start new projects but do not really know how to set them up to the stage of entering code and then run the program. For all of the users of this site, what are the basics of Visual Basic? (Also, any good tutorial links teaching C++ using Visual Basic 2012 would be greatly appreciated.) :)
