How to get ncurses to work on my Code::Blocks?

I'm using Windows.
I'm completely new at this and I have no idea what to do at all.

I want to add that #include "Ncurses.h" library and make it work.
But I absolutely have no idea how.

I've decided to begin learning about ncurses today and I need to know how to start :(

It would be great if you could send me a link of what I should download and every step-by-step that would clearly tell me what I should know.
