Ns2 or peersim

I want to simulate the tcp protocol on peer to peer architecture i start with ns2 but ns can’t simulate exactly p2p architecture because the huge number of peer.
there is another simulator (peersim) but the problem is on peersim we can’t simulate the transport protocole .

so witch protocol I can use it ns2 (no p2p architecture ) peersim or author simulateur …?

Help me please.
