Include library

I Downloaded one VS 2010 C++ project which have openCV and Qt library in his solution folder and in Additional Include Directories added neccessary librarys for example
$(SolutionDir)\OpenCV-2.4.3\include, but if I want to run program I had error Cannot open include file: 'opencv2/core/core_c.h': No such file or directory etc.
