Compiling problem

Hey guys, so I have DEV C++ version 5.7.1 on a windows 8 laptop. Im getting a problem whenever I click on the DEV C++ shortcut that looks like this:

The following problems were found during validation of compiler set "Default Compiler":

No binary directories have been specified.

Would you like DEV C++ to remove them for you and add the fedault paths to the valid paths?

Leaving thos directories will lead to problems during compilation.

Unless you know exactly what you're doing, it is recommended that you click yes.

Once I've clicked yes and type my prgoram, i hit F9, which should compile and run, but in the debugging screen, I get a message that looks like this:

No binary directory provided in compiler set "Default Compiler". Aborted compilation
Does nobody else have this problem??!!
Pretty sure that dev c++ has a forum, if nobody is going to answer.
