Artificial intelegence programming for a CS:GO prediction app

I'm working on a prediction app for the game csgo. Basically what it will do is run through a game of 30 rounds, first team to 16 rounds wins. I wanted to use some kind of "bot" for each team. 5 bots on one team, 5 on the other, how to bots play is based on the specific stats of top players.

My problem is i don't know where to start

Am i going about this all wrong?

How should i do this?

Csgo maps are generally 3 lanes. At first i was planning on using raven maps and bot ais to play through a full game but again, i'm not really sure.

I don't know where you want to go, sry.

Do you want to predict the players movements all the time or tell at the beginning how the game will develop?
what do you mean by "you wanted to use some kind of but for each team"?

Do you just want to calculate the propability that a player will rush or be on a certain spot?

could you give us some code to start with?

No, as i havn't started yet. However i can give an example. Esentially it would be like the super computer that predicts the super bowl each year.
