What you're asking now is not for help, but for us to do the assignment for you, which we don't do here.
You know you need a 2D array. Look up on the internet how you make one, it's not hard to find that information. Lots of videos on youtube as well. Get started, if you get stuck, and need to ask a specific question, we'll be glad to help. Just present your code using code tags http://www.cplusplus.com/articles/jEywvCM9/ and we'll do our best :)
