c++ step motor control

Hello there,

I just met with c ++ and I really liked.
I want to do a project but do not make it.

Projects in this way;

The system will read the data via a web site, and according to the data read by the stepper motor to rotate step by step.

For example:
www.gruppo.com.tr/kirkpinar.php go to the website to read the data, if the data read in step 5 of 5 wrote engine step will be restored. If the data read in step 120 writes the stepper motor 120 to be returned.

Could you help?
Thank you so much.

Is this using something like Arduino controllers?
yes using arduino. I want to do a project like the links. To show data from the website.

The primary source for anything to do with the Arduino is https://www.arduino.cc/

The specialized C++ language reference there is probably more use than learning C++ elsewhere.

I don't know what there is for web-based projects but the forums are virtually guaranteed to be an excellent and well-established source of information.
I called many of the Forum site, but shared information is missing or incorrect.

I have the materials;

1 x arduino mega
1 x Ethernet Shield
10 x 28byj-48 + ULN2003 driver

Project;

such as airport signage on the links, must show the submitted data or read data.
