End user software for Siemens RCU Connect Remote control
This is a BlueTooth device which both sends and receives.
I have plugged the unit into my usb. It now shows as a RCU device.
This device is paired with a BlueTooth transmitter.
What I need to do is pair it with a second BlueTooth transmitter.
It can be paired with a mobile phone, very simple, no problems.
But the transmitter with which I wish to pair it has no interface such as screen or keyboard. It is simple a BlueTooth transmitter into which you plug the audio cable from a TV or sound system. This transmitter has an on / off button, and a button which when pressed will allow other devices to find it. I can find, and pair, it with my computer.
Not new to C++. Not new to Windows. But don't know where to start in how to program this most interesting gadget.

My problem is I have a bought a second transmitter privately for a much better price but cant get the supplier of the RCU to pair it because I didnt buy it from them.

"anywhere anytime access" sounds like that you need an account on an central server which stores and streams all your media data and where all your apps of all your devices can and has to access on.
