appinit_dlls dont work

i was trying to load a dll written in c++ and didnt work for me.

Repeat the injection all the time when i open a process.. so if i open my process (mine) i do the injection automatically. I can use appinit_dlls registry key but i dont know very well how to do it. Since dllmain i must to use loadlibrary and then check with GetModuleFileName if the process is the correct.. but not sure how..
