can somebody help me to explain this qustion

how can i Write a program that performs temperature conversion between C and F.
1. First get user input of 1 or 2: If the user enters ‘1’ he/she wants to convert C to F; and a ‘2’ means that he/she wants to convert from F to C.
2.Then from the user the temperature
3.Finally print the answer as a number, followed by the proper unit
