C++ Email Chat Tutor Needed

If anyone would mind helping explain and walk me through my final programming assignment for a course I'm taking, I would really appreciate it. I'm only a beginner so I could use some help. I have code written. I just need someone to help with a few things I don't quite understand. It would also be helpful if my program worked. :)
