Need help in directc3d

I have a school work to finish and I really have a hard time understanding anything, my brain is greatly tired out and I have trouble to find how to do anything. My current project can spawn a 2D plane in a 3d world, I have a class that as a cube but I can't find anything to spawn the cube onto the plane.
I would eventually need to draw text too
if anyone can help me take a look at it and tell me where to go
