Recently I have been given a book called "Data structures and program design in C++" by Robert L. Kruse and Alexander J. Ryba. This book covers important data structures and algorithms. Since I already have above basic knowledge of C++, this book should be the next step. Since this is the first book I actually have can you tell me how to properly learn from it ? I mean do I have to convert every pseudocode into real code etc.
