We are an experienced (yet unknown, due to classified work) software development company who has recently received a large investment to open an Orlando FL office, where we will work on current defence contracts using game-based technology, and later move into the commercial gaming market using the technology developed.

Our Ideal Candidate will have experience in either the video game or simulation industry (especially military-based training systems or GIS environments/tools). The developers sought will be key members of a wider software team and will be involved in a variety of tasks according to their strengths. Examples include behavioral AI, weapon systems, MMO networking, tool development for GIS data, and game-based First Person Shooter development.

Minimum Requirements:
* 5+ years professional experience and/or very high level of demonstrable practical experience in software programming
* High skill level and deep practical knowledge of C++
* Experience with Visual Studio
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Highly Desired to have one or more of the following:
* Strong mathematical background in linear algebra and vector maths
* Experience with simulation, gaming industry and/or military training applications
* Experience with Massively Multiplayer Architectures
* Experience with GIS data and tools
