We are looking for a team lead for a development team. Candidate should have strong C++ experience with a keen interest in data structures and server side programming. In addition to the C++ knowledge the candidate should possess a good database background and should be hands on in a UNIX environment.
This role also involves working on different products such as Equity, Rates, Credit Products, Commodity, and Structured Products.

As a member of IT Server Team, the candidate will :
- Be responsible for C++ development.
- Able to lead a team of 2-4 members.
- Review all requirements, and prepare/contribute to Design decisions & testing strategy.
- Cost and effort estimation of changes requested.
- Understand the scope, impact, and own delivery of the system in partnership with global development leads.
- Communicate/Coordinate with the Development Lead/BA regarding configuration, releases and defects.
- Release auditing and documentation.
- Reviewing and implementing the recommendations of the London based architecture team.
- Work closely with Development leads/Business Analyst/QA to ensure successful delivery of the application(s) under IT guidelines.
