The level of experience required isn't even at the degree level, as I'm in a 2nd level programming course. Anyone who's willing to help I would appreciate, and I'll give $40 for every hour invested. It won't be on any scheduled basis, it will simply be whenever I am stuck on something I need help on. I will be taking computer science courses for the next couple of years so this could be a regular thing.
IMO. You should give a rundown of the courses and topics that will be covered in your upcoming courses. Then someone with relevant experience can chime in to offer their help.
