shrinking C drive in win7

Hello
I always use C for system only, and F for recovery, and make drive E for the files
but the laptop I bought has 250GP for C, while 100GP for E and 100GP for F
I want to move 150GP to E
But when I try to shrink C, maximum to shrink is 6GP
I deleted 15GP of unwanted files (and thats great ^_^ clean now) still same, I defragmented my disk, still maximum raised few mega bytes

any ideas?

I dont understand everything you said but you can use partition magic
I don't want to use software yet, I still have hope :)
it can be done with windows OS utility programs they provide

Right click on computer>>Manage>>Disk management and choose your hard disk and choose the partition you want to expand or shrink

Edit: My windows is turkish so there would be difference between the names

When you shrink you will get a new partition i think and you can add it to another
