Training courses

Evening all, Wondering what learning course you guys would recommend for a programmer? I have a Computing BSc degree and program daily in c++ at my job and a bit of c#, SQL.

At the minute I am looking at some of Microsoft courses.

I was thinkinking this might be a good one to start with?
